I have worked in guidance counselling & education for past 15 years. I am always looking for new approaches to help clients get the most out of their guidance and coaching sessions. This led me to cognitive behavioural therapy and strengths-based coaching, assisting people in leading happy, fulfilling, and enjoyable lives by playing to their strengths.
I work with adults and young people in a number of areas from wellbeing and confidence to career change and management.
